Overview
The iCartridge 2.0 is an industrial controller built around the STM32L4P5VETx microcontroller. It provides temperature sensing (PT1000 RTD via MAX31865), dual pressure sensing (process and barrier fluid), pump control (Grundfos ALPHA2), and solid-state relay outputs.
Key Capabilities
- Temperature Control - PID-controlled heating via PT1000 RTD sensor and SSR outputs
- Pressure Control - ON/OFF control of differential pressure (process vs. barrier fluid) via solenoid valves
- Pump Control - PWM-based Grundfos ALPHA2 pump control with fault monitoring
- Vibration Monitoring - Onboard and external accelerometers (AIS2IH)
- Real-Time Clock - Battery-backed RTC for timestamping and scheduling
- Data Logging - SD card logging at 200ms intervals
